I love the show Shark Tank. I love seeing all the new products and ideas and have been known to google and order while the show is still in progress. I could not get a Rapid Ramen Cooker fast enough! A few weeks ago one of the things being pitched was Groovebook, an app for getting 100 of the photos on your phone printed and bound in a little book for $2.99 including the shipping. Sign me up!
My book came today and I love it. I don't think the print quality is great, some skin tones are too red and some pictures are not as sharp as they would be if I printed them at home on my Epson. But, printing my photos at home would A) never happen -and- B) cost way more in ink. The print quality is equivalent to the prints at Walgreens. The photos do not need to be perfect, they are only for our memories (which I also have stored in high resolution on my hard drive). I love that they are bound together in a small book that is easy to store. It's fun to flip through the memories and there is plenty of room on the back of my photos for notes or journaling. The whole think IS like a little journal. Totally worth $2.99. Score!
