~Planning a day away from law books, art projects with deadlines, kids, and husbands to hang out with the girls before our signing event in Claremont this Saturday.
Our Bêtes Noires:
~So many Hallmark birthday cards having images of beer on the front. What happened to celebrating birthdays with cake and ice cream?
~ I just woke up and somehow it's almost bedtime already
~Trader Joe's rearranged everything and it took me 2 hours to shop. How dare they move the chicken wraps and salads! [uh oh, that mom who missed her daughter's childhood and therefore hates our book will really think we're Desperate Housewives now!]
~The idea that being deep requires being wordy and predictable. Your "deep voice" is the one inside you, no matter what it says and no matter how it says it!
