Spending the day with friends who don't give you a horrified look when you ponder how hard it really would be to fall off the platform (by accident) just as the train is coming. Everyone knows to stand back and mind the gap!
~Thunder and rain to echo my mood. Sound effects always make a bad mood way better and more fun!
~One day until The Amazing Race is back on
~Discovering new places close by that feel like they are really far away
Our Bêtes Noires:
~Every parent (of school aged children) we know asking us to buy some wrapping paper from the same catalog. How much wrapping paper do we really need? Too bad it isn't a See's Candy catalog.
~Most of the same parents asking me when I am going to have a baby.
~Parents who spell out "bad"
words so their kids won't know what they are saying. Oh please. Just
use a different word.
~Those same people reminding me that I am not getting any younger. Yeah, f-u-c-k off.
